All cameras are calibrated to a drawn or captured satellite image. Locations of cameras and targets detected are presented as interactive illustrations. Each video feed may be viewed by clicking the digital map's illustration of it. Selecting a target on the digital map instructs Orwell 2k to track it.

Orwell 2K City

Orwell 2k-City is a highly intelligent video surveillance system which implements Orwell 2k analytics into a fast paced, high traffic city environment. Large numbers of pedestrians, vehicles, and object are continuously tracked throughout the monitored area.                                                          

The system analyzes all events and warns the operator during preset, adjustable illegal actions.                   

The increase of security and reduction of expenses by the implementation of Orwell 2k City is accomplished by the real time ability to present security related situations such as:

  • Abandoned object,
  • Stopped car,
  • Sudden acceleration of one or several targets,
  • Proximity to object/building,
  • Repeated contacts of one person to another, etc.

The Orwell 2K video surveillance system provides fast and effective video search for targets by defined attributes. This considerably reduces the investigation time, in comparison to NVR systems.

Functional capabilities of Orwell 2k-City

  • Scanning mode of mass target congestion.
  • Detailed face images and automobile license plate numbers are gathered as information on an event. These images are archived and are available for reviewing in multiple zoom modes. This is accomplished by a rotary camera which automatically zooms in on targets for video and snapshots.
  • In the case of targets exceeding the threshold size (such as crowd or transport intensive stream), the rotary camera scans the given object, automatically returning a single image composed of acquired separate scans.
  • Mode of event passage. While viewing video on an event or target, the operator may choose other targets from the archive to review the information on it, pertaining to the event in question.
  • Orwell 2K City's target detection is protected from false operations without the use of covering of viewable area.
  • The entire monitored area may be viewed through a digital map - preloaded satellite image (drawn or captured) with illustrations of all targets detected in associated locations. This digital map is an interface which can be used to monitor or control cameras.
