Orwell 2k Perimeter is a scalable system designed to secure a perimeter from intrusion. System size ranges from small perimeter security such as single building perimeter with 6-8 cameras, securing a 20-50 meters range from the perimeter, to large perimeter security using hundreds of cameras and securing a perimeter of several kilometers in length, where all targets on the perimeter and up to 400 meters away from the perimeter are detected.
Such large systems may be part of airport, pipeline or oil refinery security systems. Special algorithm sets allow the detection of various types of moving targets.

User defined zones and conditions allow for special security alarms to warn of particular event.
Additional algorithm sets allow accurate monitoring of outdoor situations, accounting for clouds, moving trees, day/night lights, and shadows.
As a result, the false alarm level is very low, (few per day per camera) which allows a single security personnel to monitor entire facilities, focusing on actual security risk events.
