"Biones" company represents a new product - the video detector of thrown subjects Orwell 2k-Barrier. The problems of Orwell 2k-Barrier except for usual video surveillance (translation of real video, record of video in archive, etc.) are detection of subjects, thrown by the person, excepting an opportunity of false operations (a bird, insects, shadows from clouds, the solar patches of light, shaking trees or a grass, etc.). The system automatically analyzes the video and defines a thrown subject, using computer sight and unique algorithms of recognition of the targets types. The sizes of images of a subject can vary from 2х2 up to 30х30 pixels. The level of false alarms is practically equal to zero, a mistake of detection - no more than 6 %. The video streams from stationary chambers are written in the distributed, cyclic videoarchive (with use of compression algorithms) and the database of all targets connected with it with storing of attributes:
Identification number of a subject (ID); Numbers of video camera, found out a subject; Dates and time of occurrence and loss of a subject; Video information registering event.
The system has successfully was tested and is introduced at some foreign airports.
The architecture of system allows to increase quantity of system chambers and servers without restriction. An introduction of system of recognition and detection of thrown subjects will allow to warn in due time the facts of thefts, contraband, deliberate attempts of explosives throw on guarded objects, illegal transfer of subjects (including in places of imprisonment). |
